If you are seeking insurance, look no further! My wife and I were looking for a new insurance agency after a negative experience we had with a State Farm accident. Rusty and Crystal were a huge help and made everything easy! I had to file a claim after hitting a deer and the process could not have been easier and more streamlined. Amazing! There is a huge difference between insurance and comfortable peace of mind. When my wife had a blow out on the highway, with our two kids in the car, Russell's first question was "Do you need me to go pick her and the kids up?" Going on to say," I hate the thought of them sitting beside the highway." What more could you want? He is not just an agent, he is a caring friend.
