This is in my opinion the absolute best agency to go to. Cami kassie and Katie are the absolute best to them you are not just a number you are an actual person and they care about what your needs are and to me that is the absolute most important thing and they always follow up with your needs I can't say enough good things about this place.

Ive used American family for almost 15yrs, when my agent retired and his son took over i decided to look at a new agent. Called here to get a quote and explained my situation, they refused to give me a quote and recommended that I go back to my old agency. Ok, no problem. When I called my former agent the next week he was clearly upset and informed me that this company had emailed him and informed him I was looking for a new agent and that I was saying all a bunch of horrible things about his company, after a very awkward 10 min conversation he too refused to give me a policy as well. The whole thing was extremely unprofessional. Ended up finding a fargo agent that was very helpful and had no problem giving me a quote and policy.

I have received friendly and helpful service from the Cami Sagvold agency over the last few years. The true value of this agency is its employees. Whenever my children and I visit the office, we are delighted with the level of care and attention our concerns and questions receive. I also love that the office has a "kids corner" with books and toys. This is such a nice and family friendly touch!

A couple years ago, American Family switched our accounts to Cami Sagvold's office after our agent retired. To be honest, we weren't very happy about it! We were never asked where we wanted our accounts transferred to, but rather, just notified. It didn't take long for us to figure out that she had a top notch team! They always go above and beyond - it is so refreshing! We appreciate that THEY answer the phone - not a machine! They are ALWAYS super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with our insurance needs and questions! We HIGHLY recommend this agency!

Best Insurance Company I have ever dealt with - I moved here from California August 2016, I made 1 call and I was set up the same day with lower rates and even had Renters Insurance. Super impressed, I just bought a new vehicle and of course the dealership try's to sell you on their insurance, I contacted Jenn at Am fam and not only did she give me a way lower rate but handled the dealership and cancelled their policy for me. I will not go anywhere else.
