I called 6 times and got two return calls while I was at work. Sean was never in the office when I called. They messed up my insurance coverage and charged me for insurance on a house I had sold months ago. I had called in to cancel it, but it continued being charged. I am still getting mailings two months after cancelling my policies, saying they are going to cancel ME? Things are not done in a timely manner in this office or I would still be a customer.

Shaun Carr is a wonderful insurance agent and fantastic to work with. I recommend him often to my friend and family! He's very honest and upfront with us, a quality we look for in an insurance agent. His staff is also knowledgeable and friendly and always a pleasure to talk to :)
