I love having my homeowners policy with AmFam! I've been with them for 10+ years and I'm still shocked at how helpful the staff is, whether you call or stop in. They are always willing to take payments over the phone, as well as periodically going over your policy/s to make sure you have the best coverage at the best rate.

I had an appointment out of town today and on my way there a dump truck passed me and thrrough up a rock and put a pretty good chip in my windshield. Figured since I was driving I might as well call it in then. Spoke with them and she said she would have A1 Glass call me to set up a time to fix. Within 7 minutes my phone was ringing and it was A1 Glass already! Thanks to their commercials I knew by the phone # that they were calling from La Crosse, which is where my appointment was. I was able to go and get my chip filled this afternoon while I was there. All taken care of in less than 6 hours! This is a great office with excellent customer service!
