Overall Feedback:
Dick Wilde was great (and so was his name) and so was Virgil, even though I was never informed of my agent changing. They were both always pleasant and accommodating. However, the customer service representatives here are probably the worst I’ve ever seen and you’d be better off paying someone to spit in your face for five minutes than waste your time trying to get information. I have never been mocked, laughed at, or misled by a CSR before and it was one of the most unprofessional things i have ever encountered: I was floored after I sent documentation of proof that the CSR had made an error, couldn’t see her own error or read my emails, continued to blame me for the policy she neglected to cancel, and never apologized for her mistakes or offensive behavior after she wasted my time and money.
