I called to inquire about the price of residential propane and they could not give me price, then I asked about the price to get my small bottle filled and they hung up on me. Very disappointing, and rude.

For some reason we always seem to have issues with this company. They never show up on time and we are always having to change our schedules around because they don't show up. We have been left without propane for days at a time because we have to reschedule . the last time we had them come, they claimed that they were outside honking for 45 minutes before leaving but nobody had been to our house all day.

I use AmeriGas because they are pleasant and helpful. They know the property and are careful to navigate their service truck around the facilities so I am comfortable for them to deliver gas when we are not able to be home.
