Feedback:
Charged employees $10 for a background check. NO employer should charge an employee a fee to work for them. If a client requests a background check, they will pay for it. Ameristaff already makes $4-6 for each hour a temp employee works. (I really believe it's a racial thing and they only do it to black temps).
