The reason the rating is low which actually should not be star at all, I have bought several furniture from this company ones in particular is a dresser and bed set for my daughters room which now sets in pieces because of the poor craftsmanship of these products, I have contacted as well as e-mailed this company about the pieces to be replaced I have been told orders have been placed, and then waiting 8 to 10 or even 15 days later contacting back and then all of a sudden no order has been shown, after even having a e-mail in conversation from customer support stating the order had been placed. I am now reaching out to the corporate offices as well as the Better Business Bureau. My daughter now doesn't have a dresser nor does he have drawers under her bed because they were broken and mis-drilled when we received the product with no booklet if you would like the e-mails from customer service you can contact me and I will be more than happy to send you those as well.
