SCAM !!!!!! I should've read the reviews. This is the worst customer service ever ! Ordered pens on their website. They are not capable of making them, although their online software shows you the final product. I called many times and no return calls.

Our company has ordered 1500 of Certificate Stylus Pens item #85646 in topaz color. Amsterdam products sent us a sample and the final order shipped to us was just as the sample provided: quality pen, quality printed logo and fast turnaround. We will use their services again in the future.

BUYER BE AWARE! THIS IS A NEGATIVE STAR SERVICE. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer services. We made the payment, they still keep harassing us for payment and keep sending us invoices. They messed up our orders. There's missing items and damaged items from the last shipment. Missing pen, missing bags and ruined bags. Their online customer service did nothing but told us to call their customer service. How absurd! You need to get to one customer service enable to get to another?! There's no customer service during weekend. Once we made the phone call and their customer service hang up on us. We were sincere and polite on the phone. Finally, we got confirmation that we already made our payment and guess what? They still refuse to stop with the invoices and continuously asking us for money! This is outrage and unacceptable. This is by far the worst service that I've ever had. I will never recommend this place. NEVER.

This is a generous one star. This is a horrible company to work with. The say 'Amsterdam Products Canada" yet they are out of the States. I ordered pens- after 12 days I called to see where my product was and they stated the pens come from Mexico, then they go customs in the States, then customs in Canada. No where did it state over 3 weeks for delivery of pens!!!! When I called they were not able to track my package or tell me where it was. Waited on hold forever. Whenever it gets here it better be a great product.

Agreed, this company requires negative stars...Looks like I should have read the reviews before ordering...I too am from Canada and thought product would be shipped from Canada. I paid extra to expedite my shipment as we had a deadline of the end of the month. Mind you they haven't said anything about where the product is, just that it could take up to 15 days to get to the border??? What, I could drive it there and back in that time....hmmm maybe should have picked it up....this is a US company, giving the impression of a Canadian company. Just crossing my fingers this shipment of pens get to me before the conference at the end of the month!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE SHIPPING TO CANADA!!!!

I wish i could give negative stars. Worst company i will ever deal with.. this is the second time i've tried to order from them.. this is always how it goes. I order atleast a month in advance from when i need them.. I submit my order, 2 weeks later get an email saying the logo is too blurry and to send them an EPS (the logo file WAS an EPS, and vectored - no way its too blurry). So i send them another logo file (an EPS, making sure that its high quality).. two weeks later, get another email.. logo isnt good enough. Now ive missed my deadline and cancel my order.Oh - but they did send HALF of my order.. i ordered coffee mugs, the logo file was perfect for those.. but not for the glasses... Do yourself a favor.. go to vistaprint.

Well the pens I ordered for an event said 3 days processing???hmmmm still have not received them and I ordered because they said they were in Canada
