Called to get an issue taken care of regarding my policy and have yet to receive a call back as stated. I have spoken to customer service on numerous occasions to get my policy straightened out yet nobody seems to care. I have been trying to sort this out for days!! It's ok though because I have found an insurance company that does care and what the representative screwed up on my policy at state farm doesn't reflect what my new provider sees. My policy is WAY cheaper also. All your company cares about is money and not your customers.
