I think this is a nice place considering it is a government agency. I have always encountered nice people working here. Yes they do get swamped at times but they handle it well.

Poor business management, book keeping, and customer service. I've been here multiple times and I highly suggest calling headquarters (located in Raleigh) for accurate information.
