They are so friendly over the phone and in person. The doctor is very available to answer questions and concerns. My dog tore her shoulder skin from a dog fight and they made everything so easy. They didn't charge me for the follow-up visits which I felt was great customer service over other veterinary hospitals. I highly recommend this facility!
