Truly friendly, nice people, but they seem to have trouble communicating with each other. We were loyal State Farm customers for years, but when we moved from NC to SC, transferring or moving our policies to Anthony Bennon's firm has been fraught with problems. Canceled policies, confusing phone calls, quotes that we did not accept were mysteriously enacted as policies, our bank was billed for a homeowner's policy that we did NOT accept, and multiple trips to the office to cancel policies that we never should have had to cancel have all left a bad taste in my mouth.
