I was part of a focus group and they delivered everything that was promised. Professional, punctual and friendly. Great communications too.

Surveys are easy and they pay well although they pay you with a rewards card that can only be used as a debit card to purchase items. You cannot use it to get cash and it takes from 5-10 days to receive it after you've completed the survey. Seems to me that if you earn the money you should be able to use it however you wish and it should be available when you finish the survey.
