Overall Feedback:
I was a new client, last minute getting my taxes done and they fit me in! The first thing I noticed was how beautiful the offices were. Not something that is super important but impressive nonetheless. The second thing I noticed was the client/accountant interaction. I saw a young man come out, greet an elderly woman and chat with her. It was so friendly and welcoming at a time that is stressful (at least for me) and he was just another partner in the practice. Greeted her by name, assured her she was in good hands with a colleague of his and was just generally nice. My appointment was at 9am and I went back right at 9am! I was lucky to work with Jason and he was quick, efficient and very personable to work with! He made me feel very comfortable and took care of all the necessary paperwork that usually stresses me out! I'm certainly going to use them again (before April 15th next time!) and I highly recommend their service, friendly staff and company as a whole!
