Marc and Tom, I wanted to take two minutes to write you to tell you about one of your teammates, Emily Barnes. I had called this morning for her concerning a matter with the insurance of my truck which she handled promptly, but she then went above and beyond and went to the CT DMV website and sent me extra info that she isn’t responsible at all for. She didn’t just do her job and then move on with her Friday. She made sure that the customer was satisfied with the assistance provided from Archambault Insurance. That’s rare and I wanted to make sure that you knew about it.
