worst place in earth to think about!! I have worked for and doing French customer service and sale, English customer service most of the time. they will bring a new profit without enough training and mostly teaching people how to lie and steal. you do campaign French and English and they still pay you the same as everyone else without mentioning that the sale part wasn’t in your job description, they want to use us African people. I hated this place and left as soon as I could.

As a former employee, I have found my communications with this company, especially over the last week, less than helpful. I have tried, tirelessly, for the past week to contact the Human Resources department within this company to assure my W2 regarding my income tax is sent to the correct address, to avoid a prolonged issue later on. I haven’t been able to contact anyone regarding this matter, as no one seems to answer the phone, requiring me to physically go in to the building and take time out of my work schedule to do so.I spoke to the secretary at the front desk, and was assured she would contact the proper person to get my address corrected, and contact me back - after several hours and no further communication, I returned to Argo, only to be told by the same secretary that she had emailed the correct person. That’s it; just emailed them and responded to me with an “I should be all set,” without bothering to reach back out to me by phone, as promised, to provide me with this information. I feel as though, throughout the past week that I have been trying to correct this situation with Argo, that I have been given the runaround. It’s clear, from this situation and my experience working there, that Jason Levesque doesn’t really care about his employees, former or current, and runs a poor excuse for a company.If I do not receive my W2 from Argo by the deadline set by the government, I will report them to the IRS for withholding my necessary information to complete my taxes.This is absolutely unbelievable, and my last possible means of getting a set answer that my W2 will be sent to the correct address.

I worked for Argo for a full year and none of what they promised came through. You will work for minimum wage no matter what they tell you. They will show you a metric on how your pay works and you will never understand it. The management is a joke; half of them don't know what they are doing and the other thinks that they are above it all. Last of all, the building is a mess. The bathrooms aren't cleaned on a regular basis and the carpet might get vacuumed once a year. Go to work at a burger joint, you'll get treated better.

I work here and we're definitely some of the best dang sales agents out there and our customer service is top notch. Definitely a good place to work. The staff are very helpful and very supportive and the HR is certainly some of the best people I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Always hiring new employees that are good customer service representatives and of course sales representatives too! Even if you're not really experienced in either sales or customer service we're happy to help teach you the best way to sell products and help customers.
