I had such a wonderful experience working for Arrow North! Even though this kind of job was not one I was planning on having, I am so grateful for the opportunity. There is so much room for growth and development and the people there encourage you to be the best person you can be. If you’re looking for a job with a fun, energetic atmosphere, this is the perfect job for you. I am very lucky to have worked for such an awesome company and I will definitely take the useful skills I acquired here into other endeavors in the future.

This is Multi Level Marketing at its worst. The “CEO” has zero ideal what he’s doing nor does he care to improve. If you ok with working 70+ hours a week and maybe seeing $400 then this job is for you. During the sit down interview they tell you that you can easily make over a $1,000 a week but no one ever saw that kind of money including the “CEO” whenever he went to the field. They do have a great bonus structure but no one would ever hit any kind of bonus. There was maybe 2-3 people in the office that scraped $500 a week but they were coming in at 9 am and leaving well past 10pm some nights. You feel so pressured to show up to their team nights and office nights and if you don’t you’re an embarrassment to the other leadersAll in all, I got some really good experience to put on a resume but other than that it was a waste of my time.
