Over the last four years I have used Arteric Web Design’s services in various different projects and in a variety of different capacities, including hosting, SEO consultation, web design and general web services. The service is always friendly, helpful and efficient.The Arteric team built a website for a law firm that I was involved with in Playa del Carmen, Mexico a few years ago and helped deal with some of the major issues that building a bilingual website can face, such as non-standard character sets and Google language confusion issues, as well as dealing with the design needs of both myself and my partner, who had very different ideas of how the website should look and act. The website was affordably designed and the few issues that we did run into (try putting an “Ñ” or an “Ó” in a stylized website title in English) were quickly dealt with by a team with a helpful and friendly attitude.The Arteric team’s follow up on my website and other web projects is also exemplary: I know that they are checking on my site’s progress because occasionally I get emails (skype/SMS/phone calls/etc.) from one of the many magicians at Arteric letting me know that one of my blog post’s titles is not necessarily well thought out, that the formatting on one of my pages is wrong and I can fix it in this way or just suggestions about how I could make my page rank better against my competitors. Arteric’s customer service makes me feel like I have an in-house social media person.
