My father passed earlier this year, so in order to sell his car we had to get a court document. We specifically made a trip to Ascension Auto Title with our documentation to make sure we had everything we needed to sell the car before we listed it for sale. 3 weeks later we arrive at Ascension Auto title with our buyer and the same documentation. Now they tell us that this not a true copy and they need a true copy. No apology for the error or anything, just that we don't what we need. We make a trip the Clerk of court with our documentation. We show them what we have and they say this should have been all they need. Very unprofessional and not very customer service orientated, was just like going to the DMV in the old days.The lady who said we had all we needed was not there, so I am not sure who to blame, but as a company not very good. We will take our business else where and I would suggest you do the same. There are plenty of Notaries in the area that will tread you better.
