Overall Feedback:
After moving into our home one year ago we found some issues as expected. When we were first building with them their communication was excellent and we were very pleased and thought that they had changed the way they conducted business after all the negative responses they’ve received in the past. After closing we quickly found out that’s where they stop caring about their customers. We brought up an issue to them about our island countertop in February of 2019, there were multiple emails sent through the MONTHS, finally in July they set up a replacement and once installed found out it was the wrong counter top. They came back out two more times that week and finally had the correct countertop, as of writing this on 9/30/19 they still have not come back out to fix the trim that was ripped off to replace this counter top (attached is pictures of the replaced countertop). In August we had a sewer line back up, we called the company that are contracted with to come and look at the issue and the plumber said that the main line was not properly installed, we sent this information to Maronda. Their response was “we disagree with (company)”. They also said that their own plumber reviewed and disagreed with the company they contract with to fix their problems! So I invited their plumber to come and look at it himself and have not heard from them for two weeks! Our one year inspection found some issues that needed remedied and we are waiting for over a month for those to be resolved. Our home is beautiful, Maronda’s customer service is beyond sub-par. We wish we would never built with them. Don’t make our same mistake.
