Overall Feedback:
Can’t ever get ahold of anyone and when you finally get ahold of someone they say that your case has been closed and haven’t got a letter in the mails stating anything and when they say the got everything figured out and tell you when things are going to load they don’t and some people have bills they have to pay and them messing with someone’s case is uncalled for I have been trying to get my case corrected for over 2-3 weeks now and still fighting to be able to pay my electric bill when I have 2 kids would this place really sucks
