This is just for my experience trying to book a massage with them. I called to book two 90 minute massages and mentioned I was booking a room on Expedia. She said they had better deals and suggested a package that came up to the same price. When i said ok she said "so two 60 minute massages..." I said no, two 90 minute massages. It came up like 150$ more expensive than Expedia after all but she was saying I would get the Spa beaux reves experience too, which I really wasn't interested in. I asked if I could just book the massage for now and she seemed unhappy I would book the room on Expedia so I didn't book anything at all.
