What was the best part of the experience?
They are a diverse and highly creative team. I very much appreciated the information and ideas they brought to us. All members, including Tara, the CEO, treated us like much more than just another client. They really acted as part of our team.
What would you change about the experience?
I would have hired them sooner, hahaha - seriously though, that's the only thing that would have improved things for my company concerning working with Avaans.
Feedback:
As far as I'm concerned, they are THE ONLY PR firm a high-growth company should be working with. Their ideas are fresh and unique, and the return on our investment (price paid and time/effort) was exceptional. I'm sure folks' mileage will vary, and I think it's key to make your internal team available to your partners to achieve the best success, but results like our earned media value and directly attributable increase in sales exceeded the investment to work with Avaans many times over.
