Avoid. They charge high prices but don't deliver on time. I signed them in November to do my personal and business taxes and 5 months later, I do not have my tax returns. They are very much a bait and switch operation. They emailed me a week before the tax deadline and said the are having difficulty processing the 2018 tax code so expect a delay and a price hike.
