Arts Longmont sent out a request for proposals for the re-design of our website. Of all the proposals, Avocet was the only company that requested a meeting to discuss our current website and future needs before creating a proposal. When we met with Lori Jones I knew she had done her homework. She gave us a spot-on analysis of our current website and then we discussed the goals of Arts Longmont’s new website. Lori and her staff provide small-town customer service with a big city product.

Tried to walk in during work hours for information/consultation for my business, front door was locked, employees (of which there were many) sat and looked at me like I was there to rob the place. Someone finally opened the door and let me in. Was told the contact I needed to speak with "Lori" was "in a meeting". No problem, I received a number, called and left a message for her. No return call after a week. I guess they're either to busy for a simple call back or don't care about prospective work. Had budgeted 5k, would have paid more for outstanding work. Completely unprofessional.
