I worked with Don and Stephanie on a unique project for my wedding that turned out beyond what I could have imagined! I requested a life sized cardboard cutout and boy was it ever life sized! It was about 6'2" tall and the quality of the photo itself and the cut was fabulous. Everyone absolutely loved it on our special day. Don and Stephanie made sure that it turned out exactly how I wanted and I really appreciated their efforts. I definitely recommend them for unique print needs!

As a former employee of Award and after reading a couple of reviews that accuse the company of overpriced outsourcing I decided that I should write a review to refute those claims. I was employed at Award from 2005-2007. During that time I saw very little outsourcing, Award specialized in sandblasted and directory signage. At that time all sand blastng, vinyl graphics, digital printing, most directory signage, and channel letters were made on site. The only thing that was ever outsourced was neon and molded sign faces (electrical cabinets were made on site with UL certification as were channel letters). Occasionally some directory signage that required special ADA certification was outsourced. Most sign companies in middle TN outsource their neon to about a half dozen different suppliers in the area. At the time I was employed at Award the company was making a deliberate effort to break from using neon in channel letters to using LED lighting which is more economical, energy efficient, and environmentally friendly. The staff was always seeking to do its best, you don't stay in business as long as Award has if you fail to deliver quality and professionalism.

Bad experience, expensive outsourced work ... they have 5 employees. Owner, Don Ward is very tough to deal. I do not recommend ... look elsewhere.

Don't use these guys ... basically they outsource all printing and mark-up the fees. Very poor customer service ... owner, Don is rather dishonest !

Don is very professional and does a great job displaying your own professionalism. We all have a brand to protect and promote. The signage he creates for the Hendersonville Rotary Club helps us look professional as we raise money for efforts here in Sumner County. I highly recommend Award Industries and their professional staff.

The staff at Award has been very helpful with the design and layout with our current Beautiful Hendersonville project. Even more important was the final look of the new sign which everyone has been excited to see and very pleased with the new look. You can see this sign too when you enter Hendersonville from the Rivergate area. We have also used Award for many smaller projects like banners and signs and although a much less expensive job, they treat every job with the same expertise and service. They are my "GO TO" sign company.
