Had another vendor that we were using for our firm's 30 year anniversary gifts to employees as well as t-shirts. That vendor did not come through for us and at the last minute, I reached out to Brad at Awards by Walsh and he kicked it into gear. They were able to customize portable chairs for us within a week's time and generate t-shirts. They saved the day! Thank you Brad and AbW for jumping through hoops to get a new customer the items needed in a timely fashion!

Had issues with the order due to miscommunication. One of the tops on the trophy was not the right one, but it was fixed within minutes while I waited. This is what you get when you shop local. Had I gone online, it may have been fixed but would have taken few days if not weeks. Quality products, variety of choices, and reasonable price. Management needs to make sure showroom staff at least acknowledges customers when they walk in. Specially when all agents are in different room. Area that can easily be improved.

The staff at this store deserve 5 stars and then some. We were having our annual awards ceremony in Saratoga and needed two awards in less than 24 hours. From being out of town I called Awards by Walsh's after my pursuit to purchase awards with Things Remembered proved unsuccessful. I called around 2:30pm and told them I needed two awards by 9:00am the following morning. I got there around 2:45pm and got a call that evening at 5:30pm to let me know the awards were ready. The price was reasonable and the results were amazing. I highly recommend them and plan on using them for all my Awards needs from now on.

I love Awards by Walsh. They have great prices and can make as many things as you need in an order, even if it's 1000 trophies. The showroom is very nice as well. I highly recommend them to everyone.
