I didn’t think that a work place like this existed until I started working at Ballantine. Everyone is so friendly, generous, and down to earth. Upper management is easily accessible, approachable, and open to collaboration/new ideas. Learning and expanding your skill set is highly encouraged - and paid for or provided by the company. The team here approaches every situation with kindness above anything else. They really value their clients and celebrate client wins.In my time at Ballantine, everything I asked for was delivered to me on a silver platter (with a smile). This company really cares about and invests in their employees/clients. It’s a family owned business that treats all of their employees like family. If you’re on the fence of working for or with this company - I’d highly recommend it.
