I love that I have a local branch where they know are names!! Summerfield Branch Manager Suzanne Benton is quick to respond and ALWAYS goes the extra mile to answer questions and to help.

It is always a pleasant experience no matter what location I visit. I use this bank for personal and business and wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff at the 220 and Pisgah Church locations know me by name and are like good friends. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Suzanne in the Summerfield office is truly amazing! Ordered duplicate business and personal cards for my husband from different branch. They get cracks length wise while in his wallet. Something happened and cracked ones were disabled. He's leaving town for work today and Suzanne worked her magic and he'll pick them up new cards within the hour! She's is the best!!!!

Bank of Oak Ridge is a great combination of full-scale financial tools and hometown banking at its best. I just purchased a home out-of-state and the transaction was long and complicated. The one and only easy facet was my interaction with the Summerfield BoOR team. Spenser Bulmer was incredibly responsive, accommodating and efficient, managing every request flawlessly. I’ve had lots of special requests and questions along the way and I have high marks for every step and person I’ve encountered.

I love everything about this bank! I've visited several locations, always get great customer service. Staff are always personal, professional, and friendly, they remember your name and face, they even have fun customer appreciation days! Love this place!
