Overall Feedback:

Any number of insurance companies can provide insurance but for me the difference is customer service. With Mike I feel a personal connection that I have not felt in a long time. We moved to Barrett bc when our broker retired we stayed with that group but the personal connection was missing. We switched after spending time with Michael. Honestly the fact that we are saving money with him is just an added benefit. I would have made the switch regardless.
