Great at working with you. Wish i could get lower rate. Have a problem they are there. There was one problem tho. Went to reg. For me. She was there and they said about 2 hour wait. She called me and said she csnt wait that long. Can i leave work and go do it. Or have someone do it for me. It cost me 35.00 in uber fees to get my daughter yo the registry to reg and get plates and ride her home. Regardless of how long.....i believe it is her job.

Nothing beats customer service at bob-o's it's still customer to insurance company right there face-to-face there to help you hundred percent they never turn their back on you family-run business for many years great location easy to find courteous service a warm welcome when you walk through the door I highly recommend this company and if it was there was a 10 star rating I would give it to this one
