Big company but only one guy loading truck that take long waiting.no respect for driver all lazy people dump here to work.

I was greeted with a warm smile and a very pleasant “good morning” when I checked in for my load. They gave me good instructions and began loading me pronto! All staff that I encountered (5) were very friendly and professional, I can’t understand some of the complaints I’ve read for this place because I never encountered any of them!

I'm trying to get load at 1712 Florida Ave,Quincy Florida. ..appoiment at 930 am...arrived at 9 am the guy came to loading..he don't show respect...to a driver...he arrived with attitude. ..hope considered the driver show respect no matter hrs driving. ..we give you a service we need to be Respect...Thanks...

If you are in the trucking industry, steer clear of this joint! They load by appointment & if you are late, they will jack you around all day long. If you are on time, they will jack you around all day. It is places like this that cause driver fatigue which leads to accidents. Their sister company in Wyandotte, MI is even worse! Shame on you BASF.
