Perfect seeing as Back Bay Inn dog friendly rooms were unavailable. We were traveling sans reservations. If it was my hotel I would remove the oldish carpets on the ground floor and make it a dog friendly hotel. Others with dogs were also looking for dog friendly rooms. If it had dog friendly rooms I would have given it five stars. The innkeepers we're most helpful and friendly.

Great little place. Been here twice now. Clean rooms, quiet in the evening. Short drive from Morro Bay, Cayucos, and SLO. Very relaxing environment in Los Osos. Waterfront location and views are tough to beat. Take a sort walk down to the water before you do the touristy stuff.

Our one-night stay on our journey south was very pleasant. Would come again. King bedroom suite with livingroom (fireplace) was very cosy and clean, I specifically liked the new and very clean bathroom. Breakfast, dining and access to the bay with a small sandy beach across the street. It feels a bit off the beaten path.

Perfect location to walk to bay and many restaurants. Views good from hotel. All rooms are different. View online. Breakfast included at a restaurant you can walk to and see the bay. No elevator and no air conditioning. Coffee supplied and a few drinks in the refrigerator. Great choice if weather is cool.

This place is under construction..there is no ada or any parking,and lotsa noise..we had a,reservation but they told us,we could not stay as it was 9pm
