I had a long standing issue with an 'unnamed' fitness corporation who constantly charged me for an account that I tried to cancel without results 4 times. BBB stepped in, leaned on them a little and next thing you know I got a friendly call saying that your account has been cancelled and you'll be receiving a slight refund as compensation.Thanks BBB.
