My wife and I decided to go with BEH because it is quite a bit cheaper than Emery Telcom. We use mainly use the internet for our phones, laptops, and to stream the occasional Netflix movie, so we felt like we didn't need all of the bells and whistles. But we did go for BEH's most expensive package.Our first beef.... customer service has been subpar (to say the least). My wife called because she had a question about our service. After listening to my wife for a couple of minutes, the worker said, "I will send the technician to your home. Bye." After the worker said bye, she hung up. She didn't let my wife know the time or date that the technician would swing by to see us. Our second, and most crucial, beef with the company is the internet service....The service tends to struggle when it comes to streaming. The technician said that the service tends to be slower when more people hop on after work and whatnot. To me, that brings up a red flag. I'm paying for a service and I expect that service to be running smoothly no matter how many clients there are. In other words, put up or shut up. We have only had the service for one month so far, but if these sorts of things continue, we will be happy to pay extra with another company.
