Be warned -- if you absolutely need fast internet, BEH is not the place for you. I'm a gamer, I upload a lot of stuff, frequently download, I need fast working internet and satellite service is just more of a migraine than what it's worth for me. That said, the average person just needs good service to browse the web and stream video. BEH works just fine for basic internet needs. BEH offers amazing customer service, the best I've ever had from just about any company. Shane is a great guy who will go out of his way to ensure that everything is working how it should be. Unlike EmTel, he won't put you on the back burner for later when he can't figure out what's going on. If he can't figure it out on the phone, expect him at your door within an hour to see what's going on for himself. I once had an issue on CHISTMAS EVE and simply sent him an e-mail knowing he probably won't get to it until after the holidays. Within a few hours, Shane was knocking on our door and asked if he could take a look at our router without us even having to ask him to. THAT is amazing customer service that you will never, ever get from any company in this town and I will never forget him doing that for us. I only wish the service itself was more stable so that I could use it over the miserable company I'm with now who has great internet service but terrible customer service.
