Fran Vespa VP of Sales is a bully with lack of respect to his customers. Sorry to part ways with Benmatt after 8 yrs but after dealing with Fran this last time, I’d do it again. A complete bridge burner.

I have always had prompt service and not ever once had an issue with the product when it arrives (typically right when they inform me that it will). Their re-order department is a huge help because as busy as I am surely I would forget to place my orders before I run out of my promotional items. Keep up the good work!! -Ron C @ Taylor Chevy- MI.

very poor..had been buying products for a few years...now all of sudden no answering the phones no return phone calls , they hung me out to dry waiting for inventory ....not very professional......i would recommend you go elsewhere..
