We received such a poor unfriendly welcome that I called the customer service number and after telling my story they efficiently and quickly secured me a full refund of my reservation. Happily on our way to the Super 8 where we were much more welcomed

Great check in personal, friendly and knowledgeable, plenty of parking,good restaurants within walking distance, clean room, comfortable bed, wifi was fast, breakfast had the usual selection, hot and satisfactory.

I had no issues but the other couple we travelled with had no soap or shampoo in their room. Easy fix but an inconvenience.

July 13 Sat when we check in, the lady @ f.desk is ok but needs some smile to the guest. needs a little friendly manner & it would be perfect very serious which I think is not necessary to be exactly like that. Thats a hotel not a law …Read more on Expedia.com.ph

We were pleasantly surprised! Our room was spacious and clean...the pool area, though indoors was a great bonus. The morning breakfast was awesome with the waffle machine being a smash hit with our babe. I would 100% stay again. It made for the ideal one night pit stop en route from Vancouver to Calgary! Wonderful stay.
