I called last year and was supposed to get a packet sent. The receptionist took my info, yet I never received the package. Liewise, I felt some kind of way from the vibe on the phone and after reading these comments I can't help to wonder if my Blackness was a factor. Change my mind.

I am making the many first steps to becoming a foster parent and have been reaching out to foster families across Oakland for advice. I have heard nothing, but awful horrid things that would make any decent person's skin crawl about this "institution". In hopes that no one chooses to work with this vile agency I am leaving this review.

This agency has ability to steal children from their rightful parents, judging less fortunate families and make it look like a honest service.I was discriminated in my case because I was having financial hardships at the time. No help in resolving the matter, no resources to reunited with my family. Three children who will never know their father because of this injustice. Very sad, discriminating, depressing service.GOD will deal with you ....I Pray this bs will come to light.

Speaking from first hand experience, this company is top notch as it pertains to infant adoption. Our case worker has been professional, the training was exceptional. We've felt that they've handled our case with compassion.

Bethany is a great organization that cares deeply for children. They respect birth parents wishes and provide great training to potential parents.

They steal children from migrant families and charge the government $700 a night for placing them with like-minded fascists. Betsy DeVos' family owns it. They discriminate against anyone who isn't a straight, white evangelical Christian. They're evil.

Do NOT use this agency. They are funneling migrant children separated from their parents into homes and not returning the children to their families. This is not a Christian organization this is child trafficking service.

These people are nothing more than a glorified child trafficking agency and should be shut down. They have bullies working for them that have no experience with children or families. Shame on you and karma will come to full circle. BTW, the fathers have no rights.

This place is very rude and unprofessional. They do not aside by rules or regulations according to the law of statue of limitations. My nephews are still there and their case worker Mrs. Shelby Ramie is the most stuck up, rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional social worker I have ever met in my life. She should be fired from her job because she don't care and don't know how to do her job correctly. I am a Native American and my nephew's should not be with these white people who think they are better than me or my family. I swear if my nephew's are not in my home by the end of this month I promise this facility will be having a big lawsuit on there hands.
