Overall Feedback:

Initially I was very happy with the service that Ken at Bethesda Web Design delivered. However, not anymore since my business website became inaccessible including my mail accounts despite the promise to fix this. I have sent numerous emails to ask what has been going on and what was being done. No response. I did get a bill with the request to pay though. I responded that I would do so if they got it fixed. Never a response since. Very disappointed in this company. The other reviewer is btw family so take that review with a grain of salt.
