Overall Feedback:

We hired BETTISON to prepare a strategic communication plan for business continuity purposes. As a firm, we felt it was important to have a plan in place to address and communicate critical business issues before we needed it. This would allow our clients to know we are prepared and our operational staff to know what to do, if any unfortunate situations arose. Stacy was highly knowledgeable with respect to crisis communication and an excellent resource for providing a tactical approach to overcoming challenges. What really stood out was her willingness and ability to get to know the culture of the firm and prepare our strategic communication such that it was in alignment with our culture, values and reputation. Overall I am very pleased with my experience working with BETTISON.
