Excellent! I took my car after getting the run around from the Chevrolet dealer in Porterville AND Delano AND a local mechanic. After the local mechanic saw my car, he speculated that it MAY BE my transmission. My car was making a whirring/humming/wooing noise whenever I drove it which increased in noise but slowed down whenever I decreased my speed and vice versa. After the mechanic, I decided to take it to the Porterville dealer which I was not very fond of due to the low ratings and because I always took my car to the Delano dealer. The Porterville dealer told me the noise was not my transmission but actually my front right wheel bearing. Which in turn we checked and found no play but since my car is tiny, the wheel bearing shouldn't have any play to begin with. Moving on back to the mechanic in which he told me vehemently it is not the wheel bearing. So took it to the Delano dealer in which they said it was my front left wheel bearing and that it showed play. Took it back home and decided to try Big Brand. Big Brand did an amazing job getting me in on a quick notice since it seemed they were busy. They were able to diagnose my vehicle and let me know that it is in fact my wheel bearing. Their deals are AMAZING. They were the only ones around who gave me a great price and even have the free alignment check in which my car did need. They answered all my questions and even showed me personally why my tire should not have play. They were respectful and patient with my babbling and also gave us a ride home while they took in my car the same day to fix. I got my car back happy that the car drove smoothly again and there was no noise! I did have to take it back right after though due to a new noise I heard but they took me in automatically and fixed it for me, they said it was a screw or flap that may have gotten in the way so they fixed it at no charge. It has been about a month since then and my car is running great! Would highly recommend Big Brand.
