We have been loyal customers of this office for the last 7 years and had no problems. However, we just recently cancelled our policies with them in March as we found better savings and coverage elsewhere. I called and cancelled over the phone without any problem but noticed that months auto pay came out and we continue to receive notices that our payment will come out this month as well despite cancelling over a month ago. I have called their office as well as customer service with no assistance. I have also mailed a letter to them to officially cancel again. I keep getting told it could take months for it to cancel due to underwriting. Funny thing is that my homeowners policy was canceled immediately because that was not on auto pay. I'm truly disappointed that their handling it this way and won't just cancel the policy as originally requested over a month ago. I have previously referred people here but I would never recommend this office to anyone after this hassle.
