There was once a time that we would recommend this office. Recently my family and I just switched our policies to another office because of the lack of employees at this office. It is unacceptable that we can’t even get someone on the phone during business hours and told by the rude teenaged receptionist Julie I wouldn’t get a call until the next day because no one was available. Horrible customer service!! Take your money and time elsewhere.

I had an amazing experience with State Farm, particularly sales agent Wanda! She was extremely helpful and insightful. I could not come down to the agency for some paperwork I had to sign off on and Wanda was kind enough to pick me up and drop me off. I would highly recommend using this State Farm agency.

Terrible customer service!! Overturn of employees is very frequent. Office manager Jessica is very rude and only cares about getting a sale.. Otherwise she dosent want to help you!!!!

Great Insurance company! Mr.McLear was very helpful. I truly felt he cared about what was in my best interest. Jessica was very knowledgeable and informative went out of her way to help me. I would suggest this company to any one, especially friends and family.
