I’ve been to many tag agencies in my life. There’s one a mile from my house that I avoid like the plague. Bixby tag agency is worth the drive from almost anywhere! Great people, fast service.

They are always so rude!! Even over the phone they are rude! This is why i would prefer to drive across town to deal with the people at the actual BIXBY tag office downtown they are so much more friendly and dont take so long.

If you can avoid this place, do so. Unprofessional workers. I went to get my license switched over to a new address and they had to call the state office to verify. Worker talked mindless chatter on the phone for 10min with the state office.

I do not live in Bixby but I will make the drive for fast and friendly service. I have not had a bad experience.

You go to the tag agency and they are not fluent with the laws of the state of Dps on tag titles on vehicles and I never never answer the phone and I have never once got a call back

It is very evident that the workers there are not happy and definitely make you feel like they're doing you a favor.. Not very helpful, but do work quickly. Also, if you're not selling PikePasses anymore, please take it off of the window that you do.

I called several times after they opened to ask if they accepted cards for payment so I wouldn't waste my time but they didn't answer. I called about 7 different times.
