I worked with these guys for about a year and it was the worst experience ever. If you are a business owner and value professionalism and results in a Marketing Firm, I strongly recommend finding another marketing partner. There was no accountability. Deadlines were frequently missed. They sold me hard boasting the results of one other client with whom they've had success. In my opinion their boasting was completely unfounded. One of David's biggest selling points in our sales conversation was that I would be getting a team of 8 people to support me. Once I signed on as a client, they were difficult to track down and vague in their promises - definitely not customer service oriented. Even the team couldn't reach David which stalled nearly everything. David the owner admitted on one of our early calls that he doesn't read emails and it's best to text him - after I had asked him why I was still waiting for a response on one of the outstanding items. As a client this was not at all reassuring. As soon as they realized they had dropped the ball, they were unreachable via all communication channels. They did not deliver on a substantial portion of deliverables as per the "contract" and there was no project plan to work through major projects in an organized fashion. I returned to my original marketing team and had immediate responsiveness and results - I have never waited more than 24 hours for a response which is more than I can say for David and his team. I'm happy to refer anyone to my new marketers. Don't make the same mistake I made by working with BizBudding.
