We had reservations and had to cancel due to family emergency. I was told I would get my refund back in 6 to 10 weeks. It is now going on 12 weeks and I’m calling for my refund and I’m told the gal that does the books said She will get the refund out when she gets around to it. Horrible horrible customer service never again
