Contact this company on a Saturday via email and text per their website looking for snap-in vinyl bead replacement parts. They did not contact me. Called them on thursday and spoke with someone that said he would have someone email me the requested info that day. They did not contact me as promised.Called Friday morning and spoke with another rep. She said she would get back to me in about 15 minutes. Sat by the phone 2 hours. No contact. I called back and got voicemail. I left a message.They still did not contact me. It is now Saturday and I have been trying to get info on the parts I need and the company will not contact me. Clearly they are not interested in customer service our following through with what they tell you on the phone.I found ordered the parts I needed somewhere else.Don't waist your time with these folks.
