This place has a great staff. They are friendly and efficient. There are many services available, including mail-forwarding if one is out of town for an extended period. Nick's customer service is nothing less than stellar.

DO NOT GO HERE. They lie about delivery dates and times and point fingers to every other carrier service. I’ve sent packages before and only had minor problems. I went in earlier last week and paid for the 2 DAY GUARANTEE. It arrived a day and a half late and when I called to ask what the point of paying for this service was - the lady said sorry we are busy and can’t guarantee it. Ummm - maybe you should rename the service. When trying to talk to her she said she was keeping the money I paid and I’d have to take it up with the Post Office because she didn’t have time to deal with it. After asking her where I could file a complaint she again stated she had other things to do and didn’t have time to answer my questions. Someone please come collect the Grinch.
